WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Pre-Sale and Consultative approach to help Customers making the right choice
• Handling inbound and outbound calls, e-mails with Customers and Logistics Partners
• Providing prompt, efficient and consistent information and communication in line with company policy
• The resolution of consumer issues and complaints including consistent follow up and escalation where necessary
• Complaints resolved within the company defined timescales and policies
• Exceeding Customers’ expectations of Made.com
• Following through enquiries from inception to completion
• Maintain a full understanding of all product lines
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
• Communicate confidently in both clearly spoken and written French. You will be part of the French team supporting our customers in France and this is an essential part of the role
• A professional, pro-active and ‘can do’ attitude with exceptional attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Be able to problem solve quickly and take ownership comfortably
• Enjoy working in a busy, demanding and fast-paced environment, whilst remaining patient.
• You will need fast accurate computer skills and be prepared for a high volume of in and outbound calls
• Your normal working hours will be 40 hours comprised of 8 hour shifts, working 5 days out of 7. These hours will include mornings, evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
• An interest in design, experience gained in customer service and telephone work within a similar environment, would be a distinct advantage to your application.
