CWF designs, manufactures and distributes ready-to-wear collections for children aged newborn to 16 years. With nearly 40 years of experience in the European Childrenswear industry, CWF now boasts some of the most famous and prestigious international brands amongst its portfolio, which include:

Burberry, Chloe, DKNY, Hugo Boss, Little Marc Jacobs and Timberland.

We are currently looking to expand our customer service team and are recruiting a proactive, dynamic customer service coordinator to manage & strengthen the relationship with selected customer. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact to 30 concessions in department Stores in England and Belgium and around 150 wholesale clients from Belgium, Ireland and Holland and be responsible for providing a high standard of courteous and efficient customer service.

You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have full command of both French and English. You will also have a strong attention to details and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the Retail manager

• Coordinate webstores demands and products enrichment in coordination with online partners


• Establish, manage and grow customer relationships

• Process orders and liaise with relevant carrier to ensure orders are being sent in accordance with wholesale customers / concessions requirements

• Manage daily contacts with wholesale customers, concession managers &CWF’s European representatives

• Liaise with Credit control department when necessary on any order holds relating to credit issues

• Monitor Customers demand and provide feedback to relevant departments

• Provide excellent after-sales service and administrate all customers & concessions returns in relation with carrier and head office in a timely manner

• Cover on an Ad hoc Basic other member of the CS team when required

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bilingual French & English required, Dutch a plus

• Previous customer service experience a plus

• Experience in logistics a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi task

• Commercial sensibility

• Highly motivated, a team player and motivated self-starter

• Excellent problem solving abilities; highlight potential problems/risks

• Proactive; find and suggest ways to improve the service we provide

• Strong Interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with other team members, management and head office

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications, especially Excel
